Full details

The AMH division of US Anesthesia Partners at Arlington Memorial is expanding and is recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its care team. Full-time positions are available now, and both experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The division offers a range of scheduled shift lengths, all falling on weekdays, with no nights, call, or weekend work. A sign-on incentive of an extra 30k in start-up pay applies to this division only.

Anticipated case types include general surgery, gynecology, urology, orthopedics, obstetrics, neurosurgery, robotic procedures, and vascular work. Cardiovascular and pediatric cases are not required. CRNAs will be expected to assist with regional anesthesia, and those working in obstetrics will perform epidural and spinal anesthesia. The practice emphasizes preemptive, multimodal anesthesia and carries out a high volume of regional blocks for postoperative pain and surgical procedures, though anesthesiologists perform most of them, with some block opportunities open to CRNAs.

The position pays competitive salaries and includes benefits and sign-on bonuses, along with opportunities for leadership training and career advancement. CRNAs may also take part in the North Texas CRNA Advisory Committee, which works with platform leadership to shape a supportive culture. Candidates must hold state licensure and must complete the credentialing process of each hospital where they will hold privileges.

Arlington sits west of Dallas in Tarrant County and has a population of about 392,000. The city is home to the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys and has hosted major sporting events, and Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor are nearby. US Anesthesia Partners is a physician-owned, single-specialty organization operating in nine states, with care teams in more than 1,000 facilities.
