Full details

The North Hills Division offers salaried positions with guaranteed pay regardless of the hours actually worked, and the provider chooses which shift length suits them. The group is a collegial team of physicians and CRNAs expanding its staff to improve coverage across its sites, including several recently opened surgery centers. Its main facilities are Medical City North Hills and Medical City Alliance, each with adjacent surgery centers.

Anesthesia cases include orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, urology, gastroenterology, and other routine procedures. Obstetrics is performed at one primary hospital, averaging about 120 deliveries per month, and pediatric work is limited to healthy dental and ENT patients. Obstetric and pediatric assignments are optional for those who are comfortable with them. Neurology, cardiac, and trauma cases are not part of the role.

The practice is in North Tarrant County, roughly 20 minutes from Dallas and 10 minutes from DFW Airport. Nearby communities such as Colleyville, Southlake, and Keller are popular with families seeking quiet neighborhoods, proximity to DFW, and strong schools. Downtown Dallas and Fort Worth are also a short drive away for those who want more nightlife.

Candidates must hold USAP certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and meet state licensure requirements. They must also complete the credentialing process of each hospital where they will hold privileges.
