This full-time cardiac CRNA opening is based at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida, a 407-bed tertiary teaching hospital and Level II Trauma Center affiliated with UCF College of Medicine. The anesthesia department pairs general and cardiac anesthesiologists with a large group of day CRNAs and night-coverage CRNAs. Annual volume is about 10,000 cases, and the mix spans trauma, general, OB/GYN, ENT, urology, orthopedics, spine, vascular, cardiac and GI surgery, with roughly 550 heart cases a year.

The role carries an autonomous working relationship and a broad scope of practice. A cardiac stipend is offered on top of base pay.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, a start-date bonus, CME reimbursement and paid relocation. Benefits include full company health coverage and a 401k plan, and the employer pays for malpractice coverage with tail.
