Founded in 1939 as Martin County Hospital, this 244-bed facility cares for patients with serious illnesses or injuries and life-threatening conditions. Its campus houses a heart center, a cancer center, a back and spine center, and a minimally invasive surgery center, along with a bariatric and metabolic surgery program staffed by surgeons, dietitians and a bariatric nurse coordinator.

The base salary falls between $235,000 and $255,000, depending on years of experience. A $100k sign-on bonus is offered, along with an annual retention bonus, extra shift premiums, monthly call bonuses, and added stipends for call shifts.

Scheduling is flexible, and full-time providers are required to take only one holiday call per year. Full-time positions receive 8 weeks of paid time off and a comprehensive benefits package.
