Full details

A new anesthesia practice is being established at Lubbock Heart Hospital and Surgical Center, and the group is looking to build a well-supported anesthesia team there. Full-time and PRN/1099 CRNAs are being recruited to join a practice where clinical input is welcomed and operational processes are still being shaped with the team's participation.

Listed compensation runs from $285,000 to $315,000, depending on years of experience. The package also includes no call, sign-on options of up to $75,000, seven weeks of paid time off, predictable scheduling, and PRN/1099 arrangements. Benefits cover a 401k with profit sharing, CME support, malpractice coverage, and more.

Cases span urology, endoscopy, orthopedics, gastroenterology, pulmonology, ENT, ophthalmology, cardiac, and general procedures.

Lubbock is described as a growing regional medical hub with a major academic presence through Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. The city has no state income tax, a low cost of living, good school options, outdoor recreation, a steady economy tied to healthcare, education, and agriculture, and an airport with flights to major hubs.

The employer is US Anesthesia Partners, a network of local anesthesia practices supported by national resources, using a Care Team model. CRNA Advisory Councils and national CRNA leadership give providers a voice, and clinicians can select their facility, case type, and schedule across its locations nationwide.
