The schedule is 12-hour shifts. This CRNA opening at HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona comes with a $50K start date bonus and a fixed daytime schedule worked on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with no overnight call. The position is full-time or part-time, and premium pay applies to overtime and to extra shifts picked up voluntarily.
Valley Anesthesia, the exclusive anesthesia group for the HonorHealth Network, staffs the hospital and has served Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale and nearby Arizona communities since 1983. The group follows a care team model that stresses collaboration among providers and CRNA autonomy, and it welcomes both experienced nurse anesthetists and new graduates.
Cases span joint replacement, minimally invasive orthopedic, spine, urologic, gynecologic, endoscopic and general surgery procedures. The base compensation is listed at $280K, rising after two years, and the role is a W-2 position.
Benefits include health, dental, vision and 401k coverage along with other options, up to 9 weeks of PTO depending on experience, and an annual CME allowance. Company holidays do not count against PTO, and the employer reimburses licensure costs.
