This full-time CRNA opening is with Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee, a clinician-led group delivering anesthesia at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and several community ASCs in Tallahassee, Florida. The group describes itself as a growing practice with a strong reputation for excellence, and it currently has 34 physicians and 99 APPs on its anesthesia care team.

Case variety is broad and includes general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, cardiac, endoscopy, pediatrics, and neurology. The schedule is flexible, with a balanced call rotation intended to support work-life balance.

Compensation highlights include a $100K start date bonus, a relocation bonus, and help with Florida licensure. New graduates are welcome to apply to an Earn While You Learn program that offers $3,500 per month in stipends for early commitment.
