The role is a full-time CRNA position at a free-standing ambulatory surgery center in Loxahatchee, within Palm Beach County, Florida. The schedule is set up with no call, no weekends, and no holidays, and the posting highlights a start date bonus of $75K along with a competitive compensation package.

The facility is HCA Florida Palms West Surgicenter, which handles outpatient procedures for adult and pediatric patients who do not need an overnight stay. The anesthesia care team is made up of 2 physicians and 6 CRNAs, and the CRNA is expected to work with a high degree of autonomy inside a supportive, team-based environment. Coverage spans 4 operating rooms and 2 endoscopy suites.

Most of the caseload is adult surgery, including general, orthopedic, urology, and endoscopy cases, along with some pain procedures. Pediatric work is limited and low in acuity, mainly urology and endoscopy. The 2025 annual case volume is approximately 7,500.
