This locum opening is for a CRNA at an ambulatory surgery center in South Bend, Indiana, specifically an endoscopy center. The role is a 1099 contract with an ASAP start and an ongoing engagement, with PRN dates also available throughout the contract.

The CRNA would provide full anesthesia care in the ambulatory setting, covering pre-anesthetic evaluation, administering and monitoring anesthesia, managing the airway, supervising patient recovery, and responding to emergencies. The provider would work alongside physicians and the clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality care while meeting regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Pay is listed at $220 an hour, with a guaranteed minimum for each day worked, overtime applying beyond that minimum, and mileage reimbursement included. No on-call duties are part of the position.
