A locum CRNA is needed in Indiana, with coverage wanted as soon as the provider is credentialed and continuing after that. An active Indiana license is preferred, though a provider willing to obtain one is also considered. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS through AHA, along with a minimum of 250 case logs annually over the past two years.

The site runs a daily staffing model with seven providers, a mix of physicians and anesthesia assistants, and uses the EPIC electronic record. Case types include general, endoscopy, orthopedic and joint replacement, urology, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, and radiology with anesthesia. Daytime coverage runs on the morning schedule, and call falls on weekday evenings overnight plus around-the-clock coverage on weekends, with a day off following weekday call.

PRN dates are available in addition to the regular coverage. The position comes with a guaranteed weekly minimum for a full week of work. Compensation is an hourly rate described as competitive, malpractice insurance is provided by the staffing firm, and travel and lodging are paid. A referral bonus is also offered to anyone who recommends a suitable colleague.
