Full details
A locum CRNA is sought to cover a client site in Chicago, Illinois. The practice uses a collaborative team model made up of one physician and three CRNAs, and the caseload is roughly 3,700 procedures a year, spanning general orthopedics, joint replacements, and spine surgery. The EMR system in use is Medaxion.
The schedule runs on weekdays with no weekend work and no on-call duty. Cases may begin early in the morning, and compensation starts at clock-in. Applicants need an active Illinois license along with ACLS (AHA only), BLS, and PALS credentials.
Clinical expectations include proficiency in brachial plexus, truncal, and lower extremity blocks, with techniques such as spinal, interscalene, adductor, and popliteal blocks.
