Full details
The schedule is 8-hour days, 07:00 to 15:00. A locum CRNA is needed to cover a client site in Georgia, with coverage required June 9 through June 27 and the possibility of ongoing need after that. Candidates should hold a Georgia license along with AHA ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
Weekday daytime coverage runs Monday through Friday, with a separate call rotation in the evenings and overnight followed by a post-call day off. Under the call arrangement, the CRNA takes epidural call on weekdays from late afternoon into the next morning, and only epidural call on weekends. Medical supervision is the model, with one MD and three CRNAs staffed per day across five operating rooms.
Cases include endoscopy, pediatrics, urology, ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and eye procedures, and the role centers on spinals, blocks, and epidurals. The site uses the Medaxio EMR system.
The position is offered on a locum, part-time basis with competitive hourly pay, malpractice insurance provided by the staffing firm, and paid travel and lodging.
