The schedule is 8-hour days, 08:00 to 16:30. The role provides CRNA anesthesia coverage at an ambulatory surgery center in Virginia, with two openings available. Caseload is a mix of healthy pediatric and adult patients, mostly ASA 1 to 2, including general surgery and pediatric procedures plus some urology and gynecology cases as detailed in the order information. The center has three anesthesia rooms and uses Epic for its electronic medical records.
Coverage is independent and the position is on regular daytime hours with no call and no overtime.
Candidates need current CRNA certification, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. An active Virginia license is required, or eligibility to obtain one as specified in the order details. The provider must live more than 60 miles from the worksite.
