The practice, a large gastroenterology group operating across the United States, is recruiting several CRNAs to staff its ambulatory surgery centers, with openings created by growth. Positions may be full-time or part-time, and the role is independent, with no anesthesiologist on site. Work takes place in an ambulatory surgery center rather than a hospital setting, and the Monday-through-Friday pattern excludes holidays, overnight work, and weekends.

Flexibility is a central feature, since the workweek can be structured in several ways depending on the location. Compensation is described as competitive and comes with paid time off, eight holidays each year, retirement savings with profit sharing, and malpractice coverage including tail coverage. Medical benefits are offered to full-time staff, a CME stipend is provided, and a travel stipend applies to floating CRNA roles. A relocation package and a sign-on bonus are also part of the offer.
