This per diem position is a 1099 contract role paying $200 per hour at MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw in Saginaw, Michigan. The practice is a clinician-led group of CRNAs and anesthesiologists that emphasizes a collegial care-team model, professional development, mentoring, and a diverse case mix, and it is open to new graduates.

The hospital has 268 beds and handles about 9,400 cases a year across general, neuro, cardiac, orthopedic, GI, and endoscopy specialties. It is a Level 2 trauma center. The role offers full scope practice, including regional anesthesia, peripheral nerve blocks, and arterial lines, supported by a strong anesthesia technician team and three dedicated on-call rooms.

Shifts can be 8, 12, 16, or 24 hours long, and the arrangement is meant to support work-life balance. Candidates need an active Michigan license, NBCRNA certification, and ALS and BLS certifications.
