A clinician-led, physician-owned anesthesia group is recruiting CRNAs for its team at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. The position is offered on a 1099 basis at a rate of $190 per hour, and the practice uses a care team model with a collaborative, relaxed working style.

The hospital is a 530-bed teaching facility and Level I trauma center with 10 operating rooms, affiliated with Northwell Health. The caseload is broad, with roughly 8,200 cases a year, including about 1,300 trauma cases (more than 75% surgical), around 1,350 orthopedic cases, about 100 neurological cases, and roughly 1,200 obstetric deliveries. Cardiac cases are not part of the work, and the pediatric patients are healthy.

Candidates need an active New York license along with ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications. A referral bonus of up to $5,000 is available for a hired colleague, subject to terms and conditions.
