Somnia Anesthesia, an anesthesia-only group that is clinician-led and physician-owned, is recruiting a full-time CRNA for its team at Memorial Hospital Biloxi. The position is a W-2 role, and the group describes its culture as one where nurse anesthetists are valued as central contributors. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay is tiered by years of experience, with the top band listed at up to $239,200 annually, followed by $228,800 for those with 5 to under 10 years and $218,400 for under 5 years. A $15,000 sign-On bonus and a $3,000 continuing education allowance are offered, along with six weeks of paid time off. Extra compensation is available for hours worked beyond a scheduled shift, and optional call pay is part of the package.
