The schedule is days, 07:00 to 16:00. The role is a locum assignment to cover one CRNA at the North Coast Surgery Center. The provider should be able to commit to at least two weeks or more each month, and the duration runs from August 2026 with no set end date.

Bids should be built on guaranteed hours and overtime terms as stated in the posting, with overtime beginning once a daily threshold is passed. Scheduled clinical hours only apply, and the practice expects around eight patients per day.

Candidates need an active California nursing anesthesia license and a California DEA registration, along with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Travel and lodging are provided under the agency's contract terms. Some travel costs, such as rideshare or taxi fares between home and the departing airport, are not reimbursed, while airport parking, pre-approved rental car insurance, and transport from the destination airport to lodging and the facility are covered. Malpractice insurance is also provided, and compensation is negotiable.

Privileging requires an updated CV listing all hospital affiliations at the time of presentation. Applicants must show two years of current hospital clinical activity in their specialty, explain any gap longer than three months, and provide current case logs for surgical specialties. A new privileging form will be sent once a provider is confirmed, so preparing these items early is advised.
