The schedule is 10-hour days, 07:00 to 17:00. The role calls for a CRNA who can cover a broad mix of surgical anesthesia, including neuro, endoscopy, general surgery, plastics, vascular, liver, robotic, orthopedic, and trauma cases. Spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, and fiber optic procedures are excluded because the MDA handles them.

Day-to-day duties include providing anesthesia care before, during, and after procedures, monitoring patients closely, and keeping patient safety and comfort at the center of care. The CRNA works alongside the surgical team and documents all care in Epic. Additional hours or a different shift pattern may be arranged, and the assignment may be extended.

Candidates need an active North Carolina license. Prior Epic experience is a plus. The package includes strong pay, covered travel expenses, and A-rated malpractice coverage, and the agency's recruiter is available for later travel placements.
