A growing cardiovascular team at AdventHealth Ocala is seeking a Cardiac CRNA to work in a high-acuity, team-based setting supporting advanced cardiac procedures. The role centers on cardiovascular operating room cases, electrophysiology procedures, and structural heart interventions, delivered alongside anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists.

The CRNA would handle pre-anesthesia evaluations, general and regional anesthesia administration, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery. The schedule is Monday through Friday, or 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, with no call and no weekends. The care model is supportive and collaborative, and the facility is well equipped and described as having strong culture and administrative support.

Compensation includes a $100,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 30 days, and the posting cites a median salary of $245K with pay tied to years of experience. Additional offerings include $4,000 in CME, five paid days for a cardiac stipend, a premium shift bonus, 401(a) and 403(b) retirement plans, health insurance eligible on day one, and nine weeks of paid vacation. The role allows practice at the top of the CRNA's license.

Candidates need an active Florida ARNP license, CRNA certification, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
