This full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist role is based at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital in Ocala, Florida. Compensation is advertised with a base of up to $240K before overtime and payment, plus shift differentials of $100 to $200 per shift; additional shifts beyond the normal schedule are paid at $175 per hour. Other incentives include a $150K start date bonus, annual retention bonuses, and a relocation bonus.

The team includes about 20 physicians and 32 CRNAs working across 15 operating rooms. Cases span cardiac, orthopedic, general, neurosurgery, vascular, endoscopy, gynecology, robotic and trauma procedures, with no pediatric or obstetric cases. CRNAs perform a full scope of anesthesia work, including regional blocks, spinals, and central and arterial line placement. The posting notes that new graduates are welcome.

Call is not required for this position. Paid time off is 8 weeks and grows with tenure, overtime is available if desired, and PTO can be sold back rather than forfeited.
