Dartmouth Health is recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its ambulatory surgical center in Manchester, New Hampshire. The center is a well-established, multi-specialty surgical facility that places weight on clinical quality and provider well-being, and the role is pitched as a mix of independent practice and collaboration with physicians. The center runs six operating rooms and three procedure rooms, so the caseload is varied. CRNAs can expect full-scope autonomy, supervision ratios that feel closer to private practice, and a team culture in which CRNAs are regarded as integral to patient care. The schedule excludes nights, weekends, holidays and call duties. Compensation starts at $259,400 for the first salary tier, rising with clinical experience. Additional incentives of up to $75,000 are paid over two years, and relocation assistance of up to $15,000 is calculated based on mileage. Ten weeks of approved time off are provided each year. Licenses and certifications are reimbursed, and New Hampshire residents pay no state income or sales tax.
