Full details

Advocate Health is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join an expanding anesthesia team at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, Wisconsin, supporting the practice's ACT model. The role is benefits eligible, with 40 scheduled hours per week and no call, weekend, or holiday coverage required. The posted pay range is $99.75 to $159.60, and the listing also notes a $100,000 sign-on bonus, a competitive compensation range of $121 to $159 per hour, and guaranteed additional shifts carrying premiums of $75 to $100 per hour above base.

Duties include delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia across a variety of procedural and surgical settings, completing pre-anesthetic assessments, and building individualized care plans. The anesthetist administers anesthesia and monitors patients through procedures, works alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other clinicians, takes part in post-anesthesia evaluations and continuity of care, and keeps clinical documentation accurate and timely. Practice follows Advocate Health's quality, safety, and patient-centered standards. There is also an opportunity to rotate among affiliated ambulatory surgery centers in the Grafton market.

Candidates need graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, a current or eligible Wisconsin RN license, and a current or eligible Wisconsin APRN license where applicable. Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility is required, along with BLS and ACLS certification or the ability to obtain them after hire. Experienced CRNAs and recent graduates are both encouraged to apply.

Benefits described include 30 days of paid time off that grows with years of service, 40 hours of CME, and a $2,250 annual CME allowance. Grafton sits in southeastern Wisconsin with easy access to Milwaukee. Health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, family benefits, a retirement plan with employer match, and an educational assistance program are also offered, with eligibility depending on status and FTE.
