The role is a per diem 1099 position paying $170 per hour at a multi-specialty outpatient surgery center within MyMichigan Medical Center Towne Centre in Saginaw, Michigan. The practice runs four operating rooms and two to three endoscopy rooms for same-day surgery, and the shifts are eight hours long. The case mix is weighted toward gastrointestinal and endoscopic work, with about 4,800 cases a year, alongside roughly 4,600 surgical cases a year spanning general, orthopedic, urologic, and plastic procedures. Documentation is handled in SIS Complete EMR.

Candidates need an active Michigan license, NBCRNA certification, and ALS and BLS certifications.
