A full-time CRNA position is open at Baptist Health Hardin, a 300-bed hospital in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, a community just outside Louisville that blends small-town character with easy access to the city. The practice works under a care team model, offers a varied case mix, and is backed by leadership active across Kentucky. New graduates and experienced CRNAs are both welcome to apply.
The case mix spans general surgery, endoscopy, pediatrics, dental, ENT, urology, cardiac, and orthopedic procedures. Shifts are flexible, and the practice emphasizes work-life balance and a mentoring program for a growing group.
Compensation includes a $230K base salary, a $6K quality incentive, a $10K acuity stipend, a $90K sign-on bonus, a $10K relocation stipend, and a $1,500 annual CME benefit. Benefits listed include medical, dental, life, long- and short-term disability, malpractice coverage, and a 401k.
