A multi-specialty group in the Midwest is looking for a CRNA to work in its Ambulatory Surgery Center, on either a full-time or part-time basis. The schedule runs Monday through Friday with no call responsibilities, and the group describes its operation as stable and efficiently run.

Cases span orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, ENT, urology, oral surgery, podiatry, and plastics. The CRNA may steer toward the case types that match their interests. Epic is the electronic medical record in use.

Engagement can be structured as 1099 contract work at hourly rates starting at $250 per hour, or as W-2 employment with a base salary of up to $280,000. The W-2 package includes 10 weeks of annual time off, and the CRNA may choose to work some of those weeks at an hourly rate added to base pay. Total income potential is stated as exceeding $360K.

W-2 employees receive fully covered health insurance with a $0 out-of-pocket premium. Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 and a sign-on bonus are available, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

The city sits on the Mississippi River and offers restaurants, schools, arts, outdoor recreation, and a close-knit feel, with most destinations within about 10 minutes of one another.
