A facility is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide locum tenens coverage while it works to fill a current staffing need. The day shift runs 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with call from 3 p.m. to 7 a.m.

The anesthetist would be expected to handle cases in endoscopy, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, general surgery, and orthopedics. Proficiency in spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidurals is required. The practice uses the Epic electronic medical record system, and the role is performed with little to no supervision.

Credentialing takes approximately 120 days, and temporary privileges are available. A valid license is required.
