The role is a permanent CRNA position providing office-based anesthesia in pediatric dental offices south of Seattle, Washington. The practice is ambulatory and outpatient-only, with one site per day so the provider stays in a single location rather than moving between them.

The schedule is daytime and predictable, with no overnight call, no weekends, and no holiday coverage. Patients are typically healthy pediatric cases, primarily ASA I, and many days finish early, around 1 to 2 PM. The team offers strong clinical support.

Compensation is described as highly competitive. After two years, the provider may become eligible for a profit-sharing partnership, with shares based on tenure and leadership roles.
