Full details

Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest offers office-based anesthesia across pediatric dental, adult dental, and selected specialty settings such as GI, ENT, fertility/gynecology, and plastics. The practice is recruiting CRNAs for prompt placement in its Washington GI service line. Patients are generally healthy and low-acuity, and procedures typically involve brief sedation and short recovery periods, a model the practice describes as supporting both strong clinical care and a sustainable lifestyle.

The GI work is based at three sites in the greater Seattle area: Seattle, Kirkland, and Edmonds. Eight rooms span these locations, and coverage runs every day of the week. Providers are assigned to a single site each day, either staying at one home base or rotating between them. A shift generally begins at 6:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM, with a half-hour lunch break, and usually includes between 8 and 15 cases.

Schedules can be as light as one day a week or as heavy as five, and the practice emphasizes flexibility so clinicians can plan time for family, outdoor pursuits, or other commitments outside work. Compensation may be structured as W2 employment or 1099 contracting. Other stated advantages include collaborative scheduling, team support, regional coverage, and the chance to help a growing market, with possible leadership and clinical partnership roles later on.

Candidates should hold or be eligible for a CRNA license in Washington and be comfortable providing GI anesthesia. Experience in ambulatory surgery centers is preferred, and the practice seeks team-oriented clinicians with sound clinical judgment who want a flexible, lifestyle-friendly arrangement rather than a traditional hospital setting.
