This full-time CRNA role in southern Indiana sits between Louisville and Cincinnati, and the anesthetist will be employed directly by the hospital. Base pay is listed at $170,000, with a sign-on bonus also offered.
Call is shared on a rotating basis, covering both weekdays and weekends, with coverage taken from home. Weekday call includes first and second call roles, and the hospital's regular weekday schedule runs Monday through Friday. The anesthetist must be able to work and function independently under surgeon supervision.
Time away includes six weeks of vacation and forty hours of continuing-education leave each year. A continuing-education and dues allowance of $4,000 per year is provided, and moving expenses up to $10,000 are covered.
Benefits include a pension. The hospital also pays for malpractice coverage, state licensure, DEA registration, CSR and similar professional costs.
