The practice is seeking full-time CRNAs to cover two operating rooms each day at Lincoln County Medical Center in Ruidoso, New Mexico. The schedule follows a traditional Monday through Friday OR day, with call on a 1-in-3 basis. When on call, the provider shares duties with one other CRNA, and the post-call room is short.

Cases span biliary and bariatric endoscopy, general surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, orthopedics, and dental and pediatric work, all performed within a CRNA-led team.

Pay is listed at $360K, combining weekday day pay with weekend call pay, under a 1099 arrangement. A $75K sign-on and relocation bonus is offered over a three-year term, along with a $20K annual retention bonus. Providers are said to receive 17 weeks off per year, roughly one-third of the year.

Malpractice coverage must meet the New Mexico Patient Compensation Fund requirements. Ruidoso is a mountain village in the Sierra Blanca range, bordered by the Lincoln National Forest, with four seasons and outdoor recreation such as skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, and fishing.
