A hospital in Mountain Home, in the Ozarks of north central Arkansas, is looking for a CRNA to join its anesthesia team on a 1099 basis. The role covers the main operating rooms, the outpatient surgery center, and endoscopy, and the practice uses a supervision and care team model. Surgical cases include neuro-spine, cardiothoracic, vascular, and urology procedures, with several other specialties also working in the OR.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary, eight weeks of vacation, and one weekday call and one weekend call per month, with extra incentives for taking additional call. The facility is a Level 3 trauma center.
