Full details

A collaborative healthcare team in Northeast Missouri is looking for a CRNA to deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a supportive clinical setting that prioritizes patient safety and outcomes. The position is full-time on day shifts, though the schedule may vary.

Responsibilities include giving anesthesia and monitoring patients before, during, and after surgery, evaluating each patient's condition and building individualized anesthesia plans, and keeping patients safe and comfortable through the entire perioperative period. The CRNA would work alongside physicians, surgeons, and clinical staff, keep accurate records, and follow clinical protocols and standards. The hospital setting offers strong clinical support and a mix of cases, with room for autonomy within one's scope of practice.

Candidates need a current Missouri RN license with compliance to all advanced practice rules, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and certification that is current, eligible, or renewed through the governing body. Current ACLS and BCLS credentials are required, along with eligibility for medical staff appointment and credentialing, demonstrated clinical competence, and insurability for required malpractice coverage.

Listed benefits may include a competitive base salary, a $1,000 monthly stipend while completing training, a relocation loan that converts to a signing bonus, up to $50k in student loan repayment, a $10k moving allowance, seven weeks of paid vacation, and one week of paid CME.

The community sits on the Mississippi River and offers a relaxed pace of life, with boating, fishing, and outdoor activities available year-round. Living costs are low, neighborhoods are friendly, and local history, shops, restaurants, and events add to the welcoming character.
