Full details

A locum CRNA is sought for an ongoing outpatient-only assignment in southeastern Wisconsin with a well-regarded health system, starting January 1, 2026. The schedule covers three to four weekday shifts per week, each lasting ten hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no call, weekends, or holidays. Pay is described as negotiable and depends on commitment, availability, and experience.

The role is an independent practice model in which physicians are available for support but do not directly supervise the CRNA. Work is limited to outpatient surgical cases, with no inpatient or admitting responsibilities. Case types include general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, GI, GYN, and regional blocks, while OB, pediatrics, trauma, and cardiac cases are excluded.

Surgical and anesthesia teams are described as collaborative, and the facility uses Epic as its electronic medical record. Credentialing takes roughly 90 to 120 days, and temporary privileges are not offered. Applicants need a Wisconsin license or an active IMLC license.

Benefits listed include malpractice insurance that is paid and carried with an A-rated insurer, plus travel and lodging covered for airfare, a rental car or mileage, and either a hotel or a stipend. Optional ICBA benefits for health, dental, life, and disability coverage are available to 1099 contractors. The posting also mentions referral bonuses for successful CRNA introductions and assignments offered in other parts of the country.
