A respected, growing hospital system in the Capital District of New York is adding full-time CRNAs to its expanding anesthesia team. The practice is described as collaborative and well supported, with a varied case mix and flexible scheduling options.

A CRNA working about 50 hours per week and taking part in the available call opportunities could realistically earn $380,000 to $420,000 or more per year. A $150,000 sign-on bonus is also offered. The posting lists a permanent compensation range of $213k to $235k per year, to be set by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications, plus possible additional taxable and non-taxable earnings, reimbursements, and benefits.
