The role is a full-time permanent CRNA position at a hospital located south of Oklahoma City, with Dallas also within about a one-hour drive. The practice follows a care team model in which anesthesiologists are available as needed but do not closely supervise CRNAs, giving CRNAs considerable autonomy and the chance to use a broad range of their skills.
The case mix includes general, B & B, OB, orthopedic, and GI anesthesia, with no heart cases. CRNAs take only a few first calls and are never scheduled for second call. The facility uses the EPIC EMR system.
The starting salary is stated as 300K, with 10 weeks of vacation.
