Full details

The position is based in a Midwest metro area with one of the region's largest and fastest-growing health systems, which continues to invest in anesthesia services and surgical growth. Practice settings range from high-acuity trauma and cardiac work to specialized surgical care, so the CRNA can select an environment that matches long-term career goals. The schedule is flexible and includes protected recovery time intended to support sustained practice, and the role offers room to take on more responsibility as multiple practice environments and evolving care models develop.

Compensation includes a competitive base with additional call pay opportunities, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, and $12,000 in relocation assistance. Benefits include generous paid time off of 5+ weeks annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates must hold a master's degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program and have at least one year of acute-care RN experience. New graduates and experienced CRNAs are both considered.

The surrounding community offers a well-regarded food, brewery, and arts scene, lake recreation including boating, golf, hiking, and skiing, and nearby beach towns. Upscale suburbs provide highly rated public and private schools, housing costs run nearly 27% below national averages, and major airport access makes regional travel easy.
