A hospital-based anesthesia group in Northeast Philadelphia is seeking a CRNA for a permanent position that emphasizes pay, scheduling flexibility, and balance between work and home. The role lets the provider select 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, and no call, night, or weekend work is required.
Cases are varied and include general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, and outpatient procedures. The provider is mainly assigned to a single site, though coverage at nearby facilities may occasionally arise. Experience with lines and regional anesthesia is viewed favorably but is not a prerequisite.
Base pay runs from $227,000 to $259,000 or more per year, based on experience. A $75,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and extra shifts carry premium pay. The benefits suite covers health coverage, life insurance, retirement savings options, and paid time away from work.
Part-time arrangements are available for those who work 10 to 14 shifts each month, and the position is open to W2 employees only.
