Full details

Roxborough Memorial Hospital and Lower Bucks Hospital, with locations in Philadelphia, PA and Bristol, PA, are looking for experienced, driven Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their anesthesia teams. Both full-time and per diem positions are open, and candidates may apply for either option.

The CRNA will deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care to surgical patients across a broad range of procedures, working alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other perioperative staff. Full-time providers work regular scheduled shifts with the prospect of a steady schedule, while per diem providers choose flexible scheduling for additional shifts or added flexibility.

Core duties include pre-anesthesia evaluation, building individualized anesthesia plans, and giving general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as needed. The CRNA monitors patients through each procedure, manages their airway, hemodynamic, and anesthetic needs, provides post-anesthesia care and pain management, responds to emergencies or changes in condition, keeps clinical documentation accurate and timely, and takes part in quality-improvement and patient-safety efforts while following hospital policy and regulatory standards.

Candidates need current CRNA certification and graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, along with current Pennsylvania RN and CRNA licensure or eligibility for licensure. Current ACLS certification is required, and hospitals may ask for further certifications. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills are expected. Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates may both be considered, depending on hospital needs.

A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with the amount to be determined and eligibility and payout terms applying; details are discussed during the interview process. Compensation is described as competitive and based on experience and employment status.
