A hospital in the Piedmont region of North Carolina, roughly 25 miles from Charlotte, is seeking a locum CRNA for full-time coverage, with a start as soon as possible. The role is offered on a care team model.
Shifts are available on both day and night schedules. Full-time options consist of 8-hour operating room shifts running Monday through Sunday, or a weekend-only option covering Saturday and Sunday 8-hour shifts. In-house night shifts of 12 or 24 hours are also offered.
The caseload is varied and includes gynecology, orthopedics, cystoscopy, general surgery, cardiac cases for those interested, thoracic, healthy pediatric patients, endoscopy, obstetrics where no regional anesthesia is needed, vascular, and neurospine. Head cases are excluded, and the work includes code stroke responses and similar activity.
Compensation is described as competitive, with travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided if needed.
