Full details
A facility is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide locum tenens coverage while it works to fill a current staffing need. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with day shifts of 7a-3p or 7a-5p, plus an overnight call period from 5p to 7a.
The anesthetist would be expected to handle a broad range of surgical specialties, including cardiac, thoracic, obstetric, orthopedic, neurologic, trauma, general, gastrointestinal, and major vascular procedures, as well as podiatry, plastics, endoscopy, ENT, urology, spine work, and transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) cases. The facility uses the Cerner electronic medical record system.
The practice model is listed as either a care team arrangement with a stated ratio or independent practice, with the final choice still to be determined. Credentialing timing is also to be determined, and a valid license is required.
