A mid-sized hospital in eastern Minnesota is looking to add a CRNA to its anesthesia team in Two Harbors. The role is a permanent position with a schedule that can be built around 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, along with a benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan.
Most of the cases are routine, and the CRNA would work alongside an experienced and supportive group. Additional shifts are offered for providers who want to increase their earnings. The sign-on bonus can be structured so that part of the annual salary is paid up front, with the balance paid out over the course of the year.
