This permanent CRNA position is based in Barron, Wisconsin, a small town set among clear lakes and forested trails. Residents have easy access to boating, fishing, kayaking, snowmobiling, hiking, and skiing, and the area is described as having small-town charm, strong schools, and a low cost of living. The Twin Cities are just under two hours away, Eau Claire is about a 75-minute drive, and Duluth is roughly 90 minutes off.

The hospital runs a small team in which CRNAs are called in for cesarean sections, difficult IV placements, and complex cases that need a second provider.
