This permanent W2 position in Prathersville, Missouri, sits about 30 minutes from Columbia and is open to CRNAs, including new graduates. The role centers on routine, lower-acuity cases with obstetric support, excluding cardiac and head procedures, and the anesthesia model is 1:4 supervision. Regional anesthesia work is also part of the role.
The schedule involves a set number of clinical days per week with a call rotation that falls on every sixth shift. Overtime is paid at $225 per hour before and after call. The base compensation is listed as $265,000 W2.
