A staff CRNA position is available on a CRNA-only team in north/central Kansas. The current rotation has providers working two weeks on and one week off, which totals 17 weeks off per year, and the hospital is willing to consider an alternative schedule that better suits a candidate's lifestyle.

Compensation and other terms are open to negotiation, and the role can be filled either as a W2 position with benefits or as a 1099 arrangement. The CRNAs on this team describe a strong work-life balance and a largely autonomous working environment.
