Full details
This permanent CRNA position is based in Findlay, Ohio, with a varied shift arrangement. Providers can self-schedule into 8-hour or 12-hour shifts on a part-time or full-time basis, as a W2 hospital employee or as a 1099 contractor. The practice allows work across a combination of locations, a choice of case types to keep clinical skills current, and overtime when desired. Relocation may be required, and details would be discussed at interview.
The practice is a care team model with seven full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs. Cases include ENT, general, orthopedic, neurosurgical, gynecological, low-risk obstetric, urologic, and minimal healthy pediatric procedures, and a full range of medical and surgical specialty support is available. The call schedule is described as equitable. New graduates are welcome and receive one-on-one mentoring from a physician, and experienced providers are also encouraged to apply. Locum providers are not being accepted, though 1099 candidates are.
Compensation and benefits include a stipend, a 403(b) tax-deferred annuity with a 4% match in year two, and a signing bonus that includes student loan support of $100k over five years. Dues, subscriptions, CME, and board certification costs are covered. Paid time off includes six holidays and birthday pay of 8 hours. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and malpractice coverage are offered, along with sick time accrual of 600 hours (4 hours per pay for full-time and 2 hours per pay for part-time). Pay for obstetrics, pediatrics, and regional blocks is also listed among the benefits.
Candidates must be board-certified CRNAs holding an Ohio license, with a clean malpractice and license history.
