Full details

Blanchard Valley Health System is recruiting ten part-time or full-time CRNAs to join its established anesthesia practice serving Northwest and Central Ohio. Providers can set their own schedule using 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, and the positions may be hospital-employed (W2) or 1099 arrangements, with a video option available.

Work may take place at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, or a mix of these sites. The caseload spans ENT, general, orthopedic, neurosurgical, gynecologic, low-risk obstetric, urologic, and minimal healthy pediatric procedures, and providers may choose their mix of cases. Overtime is available for those who want it, and full support from medical and surgical specialists is available.

The practice is organized around a care team model with an equitable call schedule. It includes seven full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs. New graduates and experienced providers are both welcome, and new graduates receive one-on-one mentoring from a physician.

These are permanent roles that may require residency in the immediate local area, and relocation may be needed; details are discussed at interview. The health system is not accepting locum tenens providers but is open to 1099 candidates.

For 1099 positions, the posting lists an hourly base with regional block and pediatric stipends, along with a full-time total compensation range based on 1,712 hours. Hospital-employed full-time roles list a base range tied to experience, plus OB, pediatric, and regional block stipends, a 403(b) with a 4% match in year two, eight weeks of vacation per full-time equivalent, CME and board certification allowances, and a signing bonus with student loan support over five years.

Additional benefits include six paid holidays and a birthday day off, overtime and call-back pay, per-night and per-weekend-day on-call pay for Findlay and Bluffton hospitals, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and malpractice coverage, and a sick time accrual of 600 hours (4 hours per pay period full-time, 2 hours part-time). Vacation can be cashed out for up to 120 hours at the hourly rate.

Candidates need board certification as a CRNA and an Ohio license, or a willingness to obtain one. A clean malpractice history is highly preferred.
