This locum tenens role places a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a hospital in Olean, New York, starting September 1, 2026. The caseload spans general, orthopedic, and obstetric procedures across all patient ages, and the work is performed under MD oversight within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include completing pre-anesthesia evaluations, confirming patient consent, and reviewing anesthetic choices and their risks with patients. The nurse anesthetist would manage induction, maintenance, and recovery from anesthesia, watch the patient's vital physiological status, and carry out other clinical interventions as needed.

The schedule is weekday daytime work, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of optional overtime and on-call pager duty on weeknights and weekends. Lodging and mileage support is offered, along with a car rental stipend, and benefits include weekly direct deposit, malpractice coverage with tail protection, credentialing help, and flexible scheduling.
