The schedule is 8-hour days, 07:00 to 15:00. The role covers a broad mix of anesthesia cases, including general, orthopedic, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatric dental, ENT, endoscopy and podiatry procedures. Cases involving the head, heart or spine are excluded from this position. The provider works in an all-CRNA practice model and practices without supervision.

Call duties rotate on a set pattern and run overnight during the off-hours period, with coverage on certain weekends as well. Candidates must be able to show recent obstetric anesthesia experience within the past year, specifically a required number of cesarean spinals and labor epidurals over the past two and three years. Spinal-type cases for orthopedic or other non-obstetric work do not count toward these totals. Proficiency in spinals, nerve blocks and epidurals is required, along with case logs that document epidural and block experience.

Applicants must be vaccinated or qualify for an accepted exemption. Credentialing takes roughly 60 to 90 days.
