The schedule is 8-hour days, 07:00 to 15:00. A locum CRNA is needed in Michigan to cover a client's operating rooms as soon as possible, continuing until a permanent provider is hired. The required credentials include an active Michigan license, a current DEA registration, and BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.

Call runs overnight and is scheduled every third weweeknight and every fourth weekend. The case mix covers general, orthopedic, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatric dental, ENT, endoscopy and podiatry procedures, excluding cardiac, neurosurgical and spine cases. The site performs roughly 350 deliveries a year, and providers must have handled obstetric cases within the past twelve months. Required skills include nerve blocks, spinals and epidurals.

The facility has four operating rooms and uses the Cerner electronic medical record. Competitive hourly pay is offered, along with malpractice insurance coverage and paid travel and lodging. A referral bonus of up to $2500 is available for candidates introduced to the recruiter.
